Interesting article, and good point
Submitted by HansBennett on Tue, 02/17/2009 - 3:04pmIt is shocking how openly the prison system is known for being abusive, including abuse from guards, as well as violence (including rape) between prisons that is usually sanctioned--if not promoted--by govt. authorities themselves, as a way to make prison conditions as horrific and torturous as possible. Supporters of this criminal injustice system will acknowledge these horrors and then say:
"can't do the time...don't do the crime"
