Andrew Boyle and Vincent DeFelice testified to their role in the punching and kicking, and Doug Caffarella was convicted on the weapons charge. He was the one pointing the gun to dude's head. The cop heard the commotion from where he was, went to investigate they saw him and jumped in the car. All of this they testified to, so what's the confusion?
