That may be true, but there's no logic in saying that he deserved it for simply resisting arrest. He was laying on his stomach and obviously wasn't a big threat to the point where a gun was needed. These cops are MOST likely going to get off free, they WEREN'T even arrested were they? Let me guess, the police department is going to do a private investigation on the issue as the officer roams free? Why not a standard arrest and court case? This isn't a petty crime, someone was killed.
