Reviewing Transcripts in the case of Mumia Abu Jamal

to jon peppers,

thank you for your reply.

i'm not questioning Judges and Federal Justices learned in the law whatsoever, what i AM questioning in this specific context, this and other cases' where African-American people for one reason or another have been through the United States Judiciary, and in some instances, (repeat) SOME INSTANCES, questions have been asked about fairness and transparency. you, me and the world know of the plethora of information regarding racism and i know fine and well that this is not a one way street by any means, it obviously works both ways.

forget for a moment the case of Abu Jamal. begin analysis of other countries in the world where there is much poverty, my analysis is that while neo-liberal capitalism
can never be the one and only cause for poverty and violence, it certainly can be the predominant factor over the years. take the case of the Congo, when Patrice Lumuba's pro-independence stuggle
with the Mouvement National Congolais 1958 happened, his success was through non-sectarianism and popularity with the masses but his downfall was taking a strong stance (Jurisprudentially legitamate) against western influence
(e.g. Belgian troops still controlled Katanga which was responsible for around 75% of D.R.C.'s G.D.P.) some blamed him for inaction in liberating Katanga? Mobutu's forces arrested him and he was eventually put to death, was Patrice Lumuba a "bad" person because he resisted imperialist proxies?, would he have been a "good" person if he had allowed imperialist proxies to rip off his country?

social scientist's who seek not fame and fortune but to work towards a world where poverty is reduced is surely the world where empathy and Justice rules, not egotistical materialists who degrade humanity and themselves.

finally-i have read very carefully the Daniel Faulkner.com
web pages, i have also read many other web pages on this case. epistomology, which is a branch of philosophy that deals with knowledge begins with the basic premise of authentication, to get a more accurate account of anything in truth we must strive to get as many inputs as possible, otherwise agendas other than Jurisprudence will be the outcome!
