I was born and raised in Bucks County, and I too was 17 years old in 1991. And I can tell you, in short, that the author of this article is your typical Leftist douchebag who has an entirely warped view of reality. Bucks County is, and has been for quite some time, a wonderful mix of Republicans, Democrats and INdependents who are quite capable of living well together. The idea that this is a racist area is nonsense.
