Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on Fri, 03/13/2009 - 11:40amThis article makes people in Bucks County look like hill billy, red necks. It doesn't capture the true feel of the area. First off, many people who live in Bucks County work in New York City and Philadelphia. Bucks County has approximately 600,000 residents and it borders Philadelphia and New jersey. Bucks County has a very low crime rate and a very good public school system. I guarantee the schools score much higher than the national average, and not everyone works in factories and sits around watching T.V with a half empty beer. In addition, Bucks County is a beautiful, old county rich in national history.
I think the author, of this dribble, is trying to portray himself as someone he isn't. He is trying to make it seem like he grew up in a depressed factory town. When in fact, Bucks County's poverty rate is less than 6%. It is more wealthy than anything else. Stop pretending. Also, what is so wrong with white people. You make it sound like it's a bad thing.
