Stake out officers on the Scene?
Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on Sun, 11/09/2008 - 7:04pmOfficer Faulkner supposedly just happened to stop Billy's Volkswagen going the wrong way on Locust Street, according to danielfaulkner.com even though then reporter Linn Washington said when he arrived on the scene it was facing the right way.
Now you claim that stake out unit just happened to be on the scene and arrested Mumia 45 seconds after Faulkner was killed.
Which also means that for some reason didn't testify in court what they saw. The second to the temple shot had to be at least 10 seconds after the first shot so anyone in the vicinity would have seen the second shot.
By the way starry-eyed Mumia supporters don't consider me a friend of Mumia's just someone who happened to have know him once.

The jury thought that even though badly wounded Mumia coolly ran up to Danny Faulkner, and put a bullet to his temple. If they heard it danielfaulkner.com,'s way they never would have convicted him of premeditated murder. No one hears the original silly prosecutor’s story anymore. So the world thinks the jury wanted someone killed who had reason to carry a gun, and if he had shot someone was under total distress. In another words, the world believes the jury was just a bunch of rednecks out for blood and only recently did such groups as Pax Christi and People United pick the Liberty Bell as the backdrop for their conventions, and won’t in the future with some whooping suddenly rich for a little while, gamblers messing up the charm of historic landmarks and restaurants.
