Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on Mon, 03/23/2009 - 1:58pmthe FNDC recieved funding from Wachovia to work in alliance with PENN to build a neighborhood development plan. The FNDC's work (though they aren't the only ones to blame!) has led to gentrificiation in the neighborhood.
