Advertisements, not editorial commentary, is the vernacular medium of communication in our society.
The editorial page is read by <10% of newspaper readers. Supporters of the "Peace Movement" must find a better way to inform the other 90% of the reading public about peace issues.
Maybe a full-page ad, simple direct and scrupulously factual, on the Entertainment page or on page-2 of the TV listing would have a major impact on newspaper readers. It would also serve to inform Inquirer managers that the "Peace Movement" can afford to pay for print advertising.
PhillyIMC, PRAWN etc should buy full-page ad in Sunday Inquirer
