you haVE NO IDEA HOW TO INTERPRET THE CRIME RESULTS, SO PLEASE BE QUIET YOU ARE NO EXPERT. COMMON SENSE TELLS YOU WHERE THERE ARE MORE PROJECTS, THEIR WILL BE A HIGHER CRIME RATE. I HAVE LIVED IN THREE CITIES AND WITHOUT DISCRIMINATING MY OWN PEOPLE, THE HIGHEST CRIMES ARE ALWAYS IN THE "PROJECTS", THE ONES WITH THE LOWEST INCOME, WHERE DRUGS ARE A MAJOR PROBLEM.
SEEMS LIKE MOST YOUTH TODAY DO NOT WANT TO FOLLOW THE AMERICAN DREAM, BUT INSTEAD WANT TO FOLLOW THE "GANSTER DREAM". LETS FACE IT, OUR YOUTH TODAT WANT TO CHEAT, STEAL, ROB, KILL FOR EASY MONEY, INSTEAD OF WORKING THE OLD FASHION WAY WERE THEY CAN HAVE SOMETHING TO SHOW FOR THIER HONEST HARD WORK. JUST A COMMON SENSE OBSERVATION.
