does it really matter at this point?

(not verified) on Sat, 09/22/2007 - 6:56pmWith the explosion of independent videographers, at-home editing capabilities and internet video -- does public access tv even matter at this point? I don't even have cable tv! I think public access is better than what we have now (i.e. nothing!), but I wonder about the obsolescence of public access television in today's new media atmosphere.
