A long time Philadelphia Activist with a reputation for getting things done, is now going to be taking on the problems of not only the city's ethical behavior or lack of it, but of contractors and to some extent the public as well.

For years, Sister Mary Scullion lobbied and pleaded not to label people on the street criminals just because they had no place to go, and at the same time helped many off the street with her organization Project Home with a reputation for actually keeping 95% of its clients from having to fall back on the street.
