Authority's caught secretly talking to Shawna Wagar

Authority's that are caught framing and poisoning Terry Wagar are secretly talking with Terry Wagar's daughter Shawna, caught on video! Authority's are caught on video in conspiracy to frame Terry Wagar as a pedophile and they are recruiting people to lie for them! My daughter Shawna is caught in the act of being on friendly terms with these murderers and she has been trying to hide that fact from me! I have been repeatedly poisoned by these people and am badly crippled from it and there not hiding the fact these murderers are here to commit murder! Listen closely to this video, you will see three people approach while talking to one another, they confess there waiting for Shawna to come back. After they go upstairs to apt 204 watch the mail box by the street, you will see a light flash and then the car with a lit sign on roof drives past. About 30 seconds later that same car comes back and pulls into this parking lot just as Shawna walks up the parking lot. He says something to her and she laughs and then he goes upstairs to where those other three are waiting and Shawna enters her apt where I am. I caught these people in a multi murder conspiracy and am unable to get help and no one offers to help!
