Impossible and Incorrect, Nominee for National President of AAAA 2012, Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume said and affirmatively declared that pleading Affirmation Action in access to right to education by ETHNICITY, RACE, COLOR related decoration and at last get peanut is a set back to realization of Affirmation Action. He said that this plea is weak if pleaded without standard of education, direct action by making AAAA owner and provider, producer of teachers and administrators of schools, realization of marginal core means of realizing standdard and quality education that will be used to constest AFFIRMATION ACTION in admission to colleges and universities.
Dr. Ofume further warns that pre-k - 12 and matriculation tests/examination (SAT, ACT, state etc) are the battlefield because when won there, affirmative action will be won in pushing for admission to universities and colleges, because this directly winning the war of admission pre-requisites to ease question of who and who are inside and outside colleges/universities. Secretaries and commissioners of education, congress/reps of the United States, etc are internally aware that these levels are hold up this delay and the emerging matriculation tests/examination (SAT, ACT, related state test/exam, etc) are fraudulent and solely design to make sure whites overflow universities and employment or workforce.
Under NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT (2011) and related Education Legislation, void of iota of doubts, URBAN, SUBURBAN, and MIXED URBAN SCHOOLS were created to turn out quality schools via qualitative teaching and learning but nationally this task is visible and predominantly realized in SUBURBAN SCHOOL (whites) and part of MIXED URBAN SCHOOL (whites).
The new role of AAAA, 21st and future centuries will be to adapt/adopt direct and practical participatory action under AAAA program will make URBAN (non-whites) and MIXED URBAN (non-whites) have same qualitative standards as the SUBURBAN and MIXED URBAN SCHOOLS(whites) thereby setting the stage rolling for all competiveness in education and employment.
These steps are major foundation to facilitate competiveness in access to realization of standard and qualitative pre-k - 12 and when learners are made A/A+ with upbeat GPA thereafter AFFIRMATIVE ACTION will be realized because the remaining race is simple because last race is limited to planting direct eyes on admission to colleges/universities. The operating legislation is open to enable the activities of AAAA and related advocates because soon as the standard and qualitative platform is realized and urban and mixed schools under this classification are able to match the suburban school standard then the right doors will be open.

In these poor and low standard urban schools , over 98% of the teachears and administrators are whites whereas students population is predominantly non-whites at high side of approximately 85%. Whites in these are either children of teachers or administrators or workers in other sectors. They place these white children in these schools and provide them with remdiation or catch up classes in external resources centers. Nationally, in the majority of these non-white schools, there are massive harassment, bullying, stereotype, streaming, and mounted police to protect white teachers and administrators and deliberate poor teaching to get poor scores as indirect mission to trigger dropout. National and state rating is low and bogusly made medium to deceive regulators, chief financial officers, the congress, etc. and repair application for fund and resources.
To achieve this gool AAAA must become one of the providers of formal and informal services in education, be owner or co-owner of teacher training and other schools to realize the strategy of community base teachers and administrators because standards and equality teaching and learning will be realized soon as community groomed teachers start to teach their own students or people.
Now because of history standing status quo paved to control and run down and consume the entire workforce at the rate of 98%, white teachers and administrators are teaching and administering urban and mixed urban schools (non-whites) in pace that the imbalance will continue to widen if AAAA and other advocates fail to step up campaign because majority of white teachers and administrators can not give standard and quality education to non-whites because of fear of educating people who they think would take their jobs.
